I coach on what’s presented to me in the moment based on the relationship I have with you. Nothing is off limits. We coach on life—everything is connected and relevant.
While I can coach you on anything, here are some of the topics that have come up in sessions that I’m categorizing under inner and outer life.
Inner Life
The inner world includes relationship to self, emotions, the unconscious, intuition, spirituality, thought life, who you are (your being-ness).
Managing fears (e.g. fear of failure, fear of rejection, fear of being misunderstood, fear of conflict, fear of uncertainty, etc.)
Inner child work
Becoming more you (shedding performance and embracing authenticity)
Your beliefs about yourself
Shifting into self-friendship, self-intimacy, and self-trust
Enjoying who you are and living your purpose
Processing emotions (e.g. loneliness, hopelessness, worry, anxiety, grief, heartache) and partnering with your body to release emotional charges

Outer Life
The outer world includes relationship to others, work/career, habits, external environment, practical application, organization, time.
Time and energy management (identifying your priorities and what to focus on)
Creating a schedule you love (defining your non-negotiable self-care practices, morning and evening routines, etc.)
Setting and executing goals, breaking down goals step by step
Overcoming procrastination to follow through on tasks
Setting and enforcing boundaries
Changing a habit (e.g. scrolling on social media, not exercising, eating or drinking more than what you body wants, etc.)
Work/career, business/entrepreneurship
Navigating life when you have dependents, chronic pain, health challenges
Relationship with friends, romantic partner, colleagues, community, children, etc.

Coaching Philosophy, Approach & Background
I see you as perfect and whole. You don’t need to be fixed because you are not broken. There's no "better" version of you out there. There's just you right now, and I love them.
I consider myself a guide to the hero (you), your collaborator and ally in the journey of rewriting your past, being alive in your present, and designing your future. It’s my delight to co-create with you and make your goals, dreams, and wishes inevitable.
Our coaching relationship is client-centered, process-oriented, and customized to what you want to achieve and who you want to be. I have no agenda for you and will never tell you what you should do. I believe you are the only expert on your life. I’m not here to change you or judge you.
I will support you by meeting you where you are with specific practices and exercises that create the shifts you’re seeking. I will hold space for you to access the answers that are already within you and guide you into having the experiences you desire. I will show you what you’re not seeing, and be a mirror for what’s possible for you. My goal is to equip you with tools and techniques that’ll support you for life.
I’m a certified life coach by Optimus Coach Academy and a certified facilitator by The Safe Space Institute, which means I draw on both mindset and somatic approaches through a trauma-informed lens in facilitating self-awareness.
I have also studied Human Design with Erin Claire Jones, and bring this tool into our sessions if there’s interest in infusing Human Design.
I’ve coached over 1,000 individuals on every topic under the sun as a contracted coach. I’m a student of life and will always be learning and weaving in different modalities to best support my clients. I also believe in embodying the work I do. My lived experiences serve as my teachers.
I have an artist brain and a strategic mind, meaning I see multiple options and paths. I know how to guide you to the one that’s right for you and what you want to do, make progress on it in the most efficient, effective, and sustainable way, and then you use this mold as a reference point for other parallel patterns in your life.
Outside of my work as a personal life coach, I’m also a product designer. I’m skilled at solving complex problems centered on human behavior and human needs.
I hold a BA in Art and a MFA in Graphic Design. I believe in bold self-expression, iterative processes, keeping context in mind, and challenging conventions.
I love helping my clients access their inner wisdom and authority to make decisions that align with who they are, and not who they think they should be. And to do it with peace and ease. This is the work of healing your relationship with yourself and coming back home to you.

Private sessions are $150 per session (and run 50+ minutes). Sessions are customized to your needs and preferences as well as intended outcomes.
You're welcome to bring anything you've been working through or thinking about that you'd like perspective on or support with. It can be as broad or as specific as you'd like.
Together we will chat about what the best approach might be to achieve the outcome you desire from our time together.

Before you become a client, we’ll make sure I have availability that works for you.

Therapy traditionally helps mental health patients with mental health issues. In coaching, I co-work with clients to achieve goals, overcome obstacles and barriers, change habits and thought patterns, and move forward.
I’ve had clients who had a therapist during our time together and clients who had worked with a therapist prior to coaching with me.
I encourage you to try both and see which methodologies and relationship to facilitator resonates with you. I’m also happy to help you decide what type of support you need.
